The Jockey Club Community Creative Workshop (JCCCW) launched a 2-year project "Pilot Project on Enhancing Vocational Rehabilitation Services" in July 2023, funded by the Social Welfare Department. This scheme aims to refine the training model of the workshops and formulate clear career directions for the service users,enabling them to have more choices that align with their interests and abilities.

Over the past year, JCCCW has provided diversified and progressive vocational training programs, such as job-seeking skills, retail customer service, cleaning techniques, and inventory management, to assist service users in participating in Open Employment or Supported Employment Training with Persons with Disabilities. The experience gained from this pilot scheme will also serve as a reference for the future service model of vocational rehabilitation services in Hong Kong.
