Highlight Reel of the Jockey Club Amity Place (Kwun Tong South) Open Day

In honor of the Mental Health Association of Hong Kong's (MHAHK) 70th anniversary and as part of the Connecting Hearts Integrated Community Centre for Mental Wellness Joint Open Week, the Jockey Club Amity Place(Kwun Tong South) hosted a dynamic open day event. The primary goal of this initiative was to enrich the local community's understanding of the services offered by the Integrated Community Centre for Mental Wellness (ICCMW) and to advocate for mental health awareness.

The event featured a wide array of engaging activities, such as the Youth Hub Experience Center, Human Library, Center Service Tours, and Mental Wellness Workshop, drawing in more than 180 participants. Attending the event were numerous Kwun Tong District Councilors, Care Teams, and collaborative partners, including Councilors Ms. CHU Lok Wai, Mr. LAI Wing Chun, MH, Mr. TSANG Wing Fai, and the King Tin Care Team. This occasion not only effectively showcased the services provided by ICCMW but also nurtured partnerships and cooperation within the local community.

Moving forward, the Jockey Club Amity Place (Kwun Tong South) remains committed to advancing community mental health through a variety of services and programs, while also strengthening relationships with stakeholders across various sectors.
